Delicate filo pastry parcels filled with seasoned minced beef, onions, and mixed vegetables — spiced with Somali cumin and black pepper. Made fresh in-house daily and fried to order for a golden, crispy finish. Served in portions of three, best enjoyed with our homemade Bisbaas (spicy green sauce).
