Q: What is Sabiib?
A: Sabiib is a celebration of Somali hospitality and cuisine. We offer a warm welcome and a menu that showcases both traditional and modern Somali dishes, all served in a stylish, art-deco-inspired setting.

Q: Do you have multiple locations?
A: Yes! Our flagship is in Acton, and we're excited to announce our new location in North London. Harringay. Each location shares the same ethos and menu with a touch of its own character.

Q: Do you offer delivery?
A: At the moment, we don't offer a delivery service and are not available on delivery platforms. At Sabiib, we believe that the food we serve should be enjoyed fresh and cooked to order—just as it's meant to be. We'd love to welcome you in person!

A: Absolutely! Sabiib welcomes guests of all ages, and we have dishes and drinks to suit everyone. We are a sharing experience famous for our sharing platters.

A: To ensure we handle all queries efficiently, we've chosen not to have a telephone line. Instead, we kindly ask you to use our automated systems for online ordering and reservations. Many of the common questions we receive are covered in our FAQ—feel free to check it out first!

A: We accept cash, debit cards, and credit cards. Please note that we currently do not accept American Express (AMEX).

A: We don't have a designated waiting area. If there is a wait for a table, guests will be added to our waitlist and notified via their phone once a table becomes available.

A: During busy periods, such as Eid and Friday to Sunday, we operate on a walk-in basis with a waitlist for seating. For other times, we recommend making a reservation via our website.

Q: How long is the dining time?
A: During peak times and special occasions, dining is typically limited to 60 minutes to accommodate all our guests. However, we aim to make your experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible. All other times dining is limited to 90 minutes.

Q: Do you cater for large groups?
A: Yes, we welcome larger parties. For groups of 10 or more, please contact us in advance so we can accommodate your needs and check availability.

Q: Can I book a private dining area?
A: While we don't currently offer private dining rooms, we can arrange for special seating for large groups upon request.

A: While we love animals, we're unable to accommodate pets inside the restaurant. This is to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests.

A: We take allergies seriously. Please inform your server of any allergies or intolerances, and we'll do our best to accommodate. However, as our kitchen handles various ingredients, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

A: Yes, all our meat is sourced from halal suppliers. All food and drink items are Halal.

A: No. Sabiib is a strictly alcohol-free environment. We do not allow any alcohol to be brought in or consumed on the premises.

A: No, we do not serve alcohol at any of our locations. We focus on offering an extensive selection of mocktails, juices, Somali tea, and other non-alcoholic beverages.

A: Yes! We're delighted to host birthdays, anniversaries, and other occasions. Our space is limited however especially at peak times, you are able to reserve for groups of up to 10 via our website.

A: We can provide catering for events both large and small and corporate. Reach out to us to discuss your requirements via the catering form on our website.

Q: Do you have any private or closed-off dining areas?
A: Due to the high demand for tables, the entire restaurant operates as an open space and we currently do not offer any closed-off areas. However, for large group events of 20 or more, we may be able to dedicate certain sections of the restaurant for your gathering. Please contact us in advance to discuss arrangements.
